About Andy Ananto Muhammad

Most people call me Andy. I am a graduate from the faculty of Law of Diponegoro University in Semarang, with a GPA of 3.45. I have a TOEFL certificate with a score of 467 points. I am a typical person who wants to learn about new things to grow and develop. I am able to work in a team, easy to adapt, and highly motivated person. I hope to get the chance to develop my potential and gain work experience in the position needed in your company.After graduated from university, I had work experience as a Legal Officer in a company which engages on Property Business, named PT Mandaka Bumi Sanjaya in Bandung and PT Duwa Daiya Agung in Bandar Lampung, and recently finished at PT Green Global Utama, LX International Group which engages on trading Crude Palm Oil Business. In my last job, I have responsibility to do my duty such as Drafting Contract/Agreement of Sale and Purchase-Business-CommercialPurchase-Business-Commercial CPO, Drafting CPO Transport Agreement with shipping vendor/company, Take care Circular Resolution, Change of Board Directors, Draft Notification Letter, Take care of License (NIB, etc), Maintain New Vendor/Company Registration, Making relation with vendor and Notary Public, and support for legal company issue. In addition, I also had paralegal experience on the Legal Aid Services named “Perisai Kebenaran” in Bandung, with the duty provide general consultation, help to prepare legal files, and provide legal assistance until the agenda of the case proceed in the Court.During my college, I had several achievement both on the national event until campus event. I also had internship experience in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia (Directorate General of Immigration) Jakarta.
