About Andy Arkley

I head up production and product development at Duration Brewing, taking beers from concept to retail-ready products.I lead on creative direction, developing original recipes, naming beers, and guiding the visual and verbal identity of our releases as part of the new product development process. I also manage day-to-day production and packaging operations, working closely with the team to ensure every beer is delivered on time, to spec, and at the highest quality. Our beers are sold in can, keg, and cask across multiple channels, including wholesale distributors, national retailers, and direct to customers. This involves planning around different formats, timelines, and sales strategies to ensure each product is delivered consistently and effectively. One of my recipes is now stocked nationwide in M&S, and several others are among our highest-rated on Untappd. While I lead much of the creative process, I collaborate with the wider team to make sure every release fits the brand and delivers with purpose.Whether it's tweaking a core recipe or launching something brand new, I enjoy bringing beers to life that people genuinely connect with.
