I have been with the IRS since August 17, 1987. During that time, I have been a Tax Auditor, Tax Compliance Officer, Revenue Agent, VITA instructor and area coordinator, EEO mediator, IRS tax law instructor and OJI. Since October 2010 I have worked as a Case Advocate in the Boise, ID Local Taxpayer Advocate's office. In this role, I use my IRS background and knowledge to advocate internally for taxpayers who have been unable to resolve their IRS controversies on their own.
