Key Achievements: • Project managed the business’s first private healthcare customer. The key achievement was exiting the discovery phase of this £45m project and signing off the commercials which resulted in a £4M payment milestone. The key to this was to demonstrate activities on the projects critical path were either completed to date or on track for completion against the project plan and that all development, configuration and business processes had been captured. Line management duties to a team of 12 and third-party suppliers. • Greatly improved customers digital health by taking organisations to HIMSS level 5 (Physician, documentation using structured templates, intrusion/device protection) and putting one customer on track to reaching HIMSS Level 7 within 18months of HIMSS level 5 accreditation. This was achieved by delivering the second Global Digital Exemplar program in the UK and recognising revenue of £4.5M. Line management duties to a team of 10 and third-party suppliers. • Increased the client product portfolio 40% by introducing a number mission critical clinical applications which reduced the need for physical medical records and paper charts resulting in a reduction of head count across the business by 10%. • Delivered EPR and e-Observations (Vitals) with unidirectional interfacing into busy London NHS Trust which assisted them in meeting the KPI 4hr A&E target. • Delivered a transformation project taking a customer from a historic patients administration system. By first using my soft skills I was able to repair the relationship with the customer which had broken down, rebuild faith in the delivery team, the product and realign the customers business priorities. This resulted in delivering the project on time and to budget against the re-baselined plan. Line management duties to a team of 10.
