Besides once competing on the South African amateur and professional golf tours, my expertise in the golf industry ranges from golf club management to golf course design, construction and maintenance as well as golf product sales, both wholesale and retail and a knowledge of the golf ecommerce and internet space. I currently own and manage the Club Management Company, Africa Golf Management (AGM) which is based in Mauritius. Since 2008 this Golf club management company (formerly known as Matkovich Golf Management) has managed the pre- and post-operational requirements, as well as numerous launches, for the developers of many new courses that have opened in Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. We currently manage Mont Choisy le Golf where the management contract also requires the personal role of General Manager. AGM is also the agent for 2BU golf apparel into Africa.
