About Andy Berger
I graduated from Otterbein College in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. Since graduation I have received my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and hold my Certified Personal Trainer certification through the American Council of Exercise. I spent 13 years of my life participating in gymnastics. Through this experience I learned the importance of exercise and good technique. I did an internship with The Ohio State University Strength and Conditioning Coach, Anthony Glass, while in college which allowed me to gain experience with a variety of athletes as well. I now have 7 years of personal training experience. Specialties: I enjoy working with all ranges of clientele but if I had to specialize it would be with general population, weight loss and working with people to live an all around healthy lifestyle including good nutrition, cardio and resistance training.
