I use my doctoral research to help organisations foster innovation within their ranks whether this is by helping leaders develop, or by devising and implementing change programmes. It is about developing organisations to the peak of their capability. I have created and implemented resource management strategy, facilitated the acquisition and development of systems; development of partnering arrangements and the consequent management of resources to high levels of utilisation. Introduction and development of Balanced Scorecard performance management approach. All areas of the business now use a tiered balance scorecard to manage the business to an agreed ‘vision’. Managed a large business change programme aimed at improving business efficiency and effectiveness which resulted in savings of c. £750k. Created an open culture with ‘no blame’ and engagement throughout all levels of the organisation. Main advocate for and leader of culture change programme in business. Focused on changing behavioural styles to encourage more commercial behaviours. Management and staff effectiveness increased significantly. By changing internal behaviours created the conditions for ‘partnership’ with main customer. Specialties: Facilitation, Change programme design, Change programme implementation.
