About Andy Bodjanac

I have extensive background supporting and consulting Mercedes-Benz dealerships and managing major projects and programs for Mercedes-Benz USA. I have a strong background in training, instructional design, technical, and field experience which includes EV. In my Field Technical Specialist position, I've had daily interactions with my assigned Mercedes-Benz dealerships, supporting them with their current business needs. I've worked closely building relationships with dealership management and personnel, additionally providing support for the dealership after-sales processes. In this position, I also successfully managed multiple large projects and events, such as the National Shop Foremen Conferences. My former experience as a Technical Trainer included times of supporting retail training, such as the Customer ONE (Driven to Lead) nationwide program. As a Trainer, I was chosen to be Coach and one of the Project Leads for the USA team at the Global TechMasters Competition in Germany, where we won the gold medal! My work experience has given me the knowledge and passion to excel in leading, managing, and developing people; working together for the high satisfaction of the customer, and for the dedication and pride of making Mercedes-Benz “the best or nothing”! I'm enthusiastic about furthering my career and using my skills and experience to succeed.
