As Managing Director of a marketing leading OEM in the Engineering/Manufacture and Distribution of access machinery within the automotive sector, I have broad experience in leading a growing £40m GBP annual turnover UK business. I created new trading entity, Versalift Ireland Limited to facilitate ongoing growth and capitalise on the opportunities ahead, creating both a natural currency hedge and mitigation ongoing trade barriers following Brexit. An empathetic and people-focused leader, I practise kindness, trust, respect, openness and integrity in all interactions with my teams, and wider business stakeholders. With a strong commercial and legal understanding, I have a keen appreciation for mitigating business risk and understand the importance of deploying and communicating a clear growth strategy aligned with a commercial plan.
