About Andy Clark

With more than 25 years’ experience across retail management, financial services, and payment solutions, I’m passionate about driving innovation, building strong partnerships, and delivering practical outcomes for New Zealand businesses and communities. My career has taken me from the shop floor to executive leadership, including significant time leading multi-million dollar operations, navigating crisis situations, and delivering digital transformation projects. I’ve developed a reputation for adaptive leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach that gets results—whether that’s launching new payment solutions, building high-performing teams, or supporting community initiatives through rugby league. Currently, I’m Head of Payment Solutions at Farmlands Co-operative Society, where I work with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver secure, efficient, and future-focused payment services for our members. My leadership style is collaborative and people-focused, underpinned by a commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning. I’m currently working towards my Bachelor of Applied Management (Strategic Management and Transformation & Change), building on my NZ Diploma in Business and years of practical experience. I’m always looking for ways to grow, adapt, and add value—both for my organisation and the wider community.
