I have 10+ years of experience as a project manager and operations manager, driven by the implementation of customer-focused enterprise solutions. I manage the full life cycle of consulting projects, from contract award through go-live and follow through with site-level execution and customer hypercare. I directly engage customers and cross-functional stakeholders to launch new business partnerships on both a strategic and tactical level, to deliver on-time results within budget and scope. Achievements I have enjoyed with my surrounding teams include completion of over 25 projects implementing software and logistical solutions for global retail customers with market caps of $100B+, such as Nike, Target, Walmart, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. I have deployed custom-tailored strategies for software development, process and system implementation, fixed-asset procurement, staffing fulfillment, and operations training, all resulting in on-time launch with generated revenues of $50 MM in new business. The most effective implements in my toolkit are my analytical approach, precise attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking skills. I leverage my knack for empathy to create positive influence and build relationships. My goal is to bridge connections between teams and individuals with diverse perspectives and skillsets at all organizational levels. I spend my free time travelling internationally as I visit friends scattered abroad, photograph nighttime cityscapes, and consume exorbitant amounts of street food. 19 countries so far with many more to come.
