About Me ‍ Hi, my name is Andy! I'm a recent graduate of the University of Washington Tacoma and interested in data, healthcare, and exploring how data can be leveraged to solve complex problems and drive impactful decisions. I’m always open to learning and connecting with others in the data field, so feel free to reach out if you have opportunities or would like to collaborate! Work Life I'm currently a data intern at Algomash Inc, where I handle data preprocessing for AI model training, create data visualizations to communicate distributions in datasets, and conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights. During my time at UW Tacoma, I worked as a bartender and server at a craft beer taproom where I honed my communication and management skills in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. I’m now seeking a role where I can combine the skills I gained from my Biology and Computer Science programs and leverage my naturally curious mindset to help solve intricate problems. My Hobbies In my free time, I enjoy playing or watching sports, video games, and exploring music. My rec-league sports career is currently on pause due to an ACL reconstruction, but I’m excited to be back on the golf course after recently being cleared! Baseball is my favorite sport to watch, largely because of how statistics play a crucial role in tactical decision making. As for video games, I’ve been diving into Marvel Rivals and The Bazaar lately. I’m also a dedicated concertgoer with a love for all kinds of music. I'm currently most excited about seeing Flipturn this March!
