About Andy Coombe

I thrive when collaborating with others to facilitate growth. I spark individuals and groups to think, talk and act to bring life, vitality and success to work and life. I'm immensely fortunate to work with great colleagues and ambitious clients through Kairos Consultancy, and in community development through St Peter's church, Brockley, London. Check out "LEAD: 50 models for success in work & life"​, which I published with my friends and colleagues John Greenway and Andy Blacknell. I'm a graduate of organisational change from Bristol University, and theology and philosophy from Southampton University. I have extensive operational and change advisory experience in the UK health sector, working with boards as both a director of an acute hospital trust and leading an NHS service and organisation change agency. Kairos Consultancy focuses on leadership, team and organisational development. I am also engaged in executive coaching, mediation and large event facilitation. St Peter's work focusses on bringing an inspiring community vision to life by working with and developing others. I live in south London and am an enthusiastic and improving marathon runner!
