About Andy Craggs

I founded The Jump Network in 2006 to help leaders guide their organizations through disruption and change towards their envisioned future. Since then the Network has grown into a global team of consultants, business leaders, experts and academics who use insights from real world business experience to enhance performance. Our toolkit includes Behavioral Science, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Change. Our engagements span Technology, Financial and Professional Services, Insurance, Asset Management, Private Equity, FMCG, Science, Engineering, and Pharmaceuticals. My own background as an international writer and consultant began with The Wall Street Journal in New York over 20 years ago, followed by senior corporate roles in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, FMCG, Media, and Entertainment. These experiences helped me understand the role of leadership in building successful businesses, and also how leaders fail through blind spots, lack of strategic insight, or fixed mindsets. In addition to leadership consulting I am a Program Director with London Business School where I design and deliver customized Executive Education programs. I am also an Associate of Kinetic Consulting, a Swiss-based boutique specializing in Strategy Development and Capability Building. I recently consolidated what I have learned about leadership and change in "The Change Mindset - The Psychology of Leading and Thriving in an Uncertain World" published by Kogan Page London in 2022. Finally, I also believe in broader educational and social progress, especially in developing countries, so I devote time to non-profit and social initiatives. Clients include the World Health Organization in Africa and NGOs in Latin America and Asia where I support them as a photographer, consultant and translator in English, French, and Spanish.
