About Andy Cumpton

A Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record and years of experience in helping grow other future leaders. My life is a living example that nothing beats hard work and determination. Prior to my time at Carlisle Technology I was blessed with the opportunity to be a mentor to local youth in my community and to young men and women with developmental disabilities. Building relationships and serving the community around me has always been a passion of mine. This past experience set the table for my management style. I love pouring into people and watching them grow and succeed. Currently, I've been blessed with the opportunity to lead the Sales and Marketing teams at Carlisle Technology. I am a huge believer in leading by example and working with my team in the trenches. I am thankful for the excellent team that I have, and I enjoy going to work with them every day. On the sales and marketing side, I am responsible for everything from business development and lead generation through the process of transforming new leads into active sales accounts. I actively work side by side with my team to provide the best sales experience for our customers.
