About Andy Dalton

I'm an experienced Innovation Lead and Manager with 9 years at Accenture’s Global Centre for Innovation and R&D, The Dock, where I’ve helped shape and deliver some of our most ambitious innovation projects across different industries and technologies. Currently, I am a Go-To-Market Strategy Lead for our commercial innovation assets, with a focus on bringing our new Gen AI solutions to market, driving client engagement, shaping investment strategy, and identifying new opportunities for product and service innovation. Throughout my time at The Dock, I’ve held lead roles across: Innovation R&D – spearheading multidisciplinary projects to design, build, and commercialize new products and platforms. This includes innovation projects on how we can use Gen AI to accelerate Digital Transportation, how we can leverage data & AI to make road safety more proactive, and what the future of Human+AI symbiosis looks like in the workplace. Client Innovation Services – working with executive clients and senior leadership teams to define their innovation vision and strategy, facilitate executive workshops, and help our clients design a roadmap to bring their innovation strategy to life. I'm a Certified Scrum Product Owner & Scrum Master, with training in Design Thinking, Facilitation, Product Management, Disciplined Entrepreneurship, and People Leadership. UCD Chemistry grad turned innovation strategist. Outside work, I’m a committed GAA player and coach with Longford Slashers and Kilcock GAA, an avid reader, occasional writer, long suffering Tottenham fan and an aspiring golfer (progress inconsistent!).
