About Andy Danis

I'm a recent Business graduate from the University of Dayton, majoring in Management with a concentration in Global Markets. I have a strong interest in entertainment, advertising, project management, and strategy, and I’m always looking for ways to grow as a leader and problem-solver. Through my Co-Op at my family's business, Danis Building Construction, I gained hands-on experience working on a $200M+ project, assisting with procurement, logistics, and site coordination. I also worked in a variety of physical roles such as carpentry, painting, and general labor where I developed a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. Beyond my professional experience, I’ve taken on leadership roles within my fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa, serving as Athletics Director and Scholarship Chair. In these roles, I’ve organized events, built team engagement, and helped members succeed academically.
