With over a decade of customer service experience and a strong foundation in IT, I’ve cultivated expertise in troubleshooting, networking, and system optimization. Currently a Computer Technician at Huntsman Cancer Institute, I am passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering user-focused solutions. While my immediate career goal is to transition into a Junior Systems Administrator role, I am also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Software Developer. My current work with IT systems and automation provides a strong foundation for future growth, as I continuously develop skills in scripting, programming, and system architecture to bridge the gap between IT operations and software development. I am excited about the opportunities to contribute to IT teams today while building the expertise to create innovative software solutions tomorrow.
