The great news is that you can have this too. I have been working in a small business that creates software for the last 15 years. I was living that same journey of long hours and frustration until we struck upon a business transformation formula and freed ourselves from the day-to-day service delivery for our customers, allowing us to concentrate on building great software. I’m passionate about helping people and in particular, getting to the root cause of people’s issues and unblocking it by matching great software, apps or automation. My mission now is to help lots more people and I do this by sharing my winning formula in a structured course: 1. All areas of your business are connected - it’s only as strong as its weakest link 2.
