When I walk into a room, 40 years of hard-won business experience walks in with me. From global boardrooms to deep retreats, I bring both the edge and the empathy—because real leadership lives at the intersection of strategy, soul, and courage. At 25, I was Reuters’ youngest-ever account manager. By 33, I was global marketing manager for News. But behind the success, I was asking a bigger question: What kind of leader—and human—do I really want to be? That question led me into meditation, voicework, healing, and eventually Co-Active Coaching, which I helped pioneer in Europe in the late ’90s. Since I’ve worked with thousands of senior leaders and executive teams around the world—guiding them to transform culture from the inside out. I only work with leaders and teams who are ready to do the real work. The kind that asks: • What’s holding us back—and are we ready to face it? • What would it take to truly trust each other? • How do we lead in a way that leaves a legacy we’re proud of? I run Living Teams, helping senior teams dissolve silos and build trust-driven, high-performing cultures. I’m also founding the Wild Heart Centre, a leadership retreat space for those ready to walk the deeper path. This is not for everyone.
