Over that time I have been lucky enough to work with some of the best management and site teams in the region. I have worked on both private and social developments. I am experienced and respected in my region. I believe I have well developed communication skills, with a balance of system planning and the need to get the job done right, first time. I have won several awards in recognition of my value of being a Considerate Constructor. RECORD OF PROJECTS MANAGED Mccarthy Stone 2021-Present Project managing a residential care home of 46 units, in Studley, from commencement to key handover. £12mn project, 65 weeks, delivered on time. New Home Company 2020-2021 working with a small developer and architect to develop several units from an existing barn. Tricas Construction 2018-2020 Working on a project to build 22 units for Derwent Living, leading a small developer and introducing new safe systems of work and quality inspection processes. Persimmon Homes 2017-2018 In 2017 Commenced a new site in Bidford consisting of 75 plots, completed the first half of the project including showhouse units. Spitfire Homes 2016-2017 Completed Bespoke Homes for occupation in the Cotswolds. Redrow Homes 2014-2016 I completed a development of 36 executive houses in Broadway Evesham. Lovell Partnership 2012-2016 Constructed from start to finish several sites for housing associations. Orbit, Derwent,South Northants Housing. Apartments and housing in traditional build.
