About Andy Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson joined Simon Quick in 2025 as a Senior Managing Director and Client Advisor. He brings over four decades of experience in financial and estate planning and works closely with high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families across the country. Andy is dedicated to providing highly personalized financial planning, investment management, and legacy planning services. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Ferguson was the founder and CEO of Proquility Private Wealth Partners, an independent Registered Investment Advisor serving over 70 high-net-worth families and their philanthropic foundations. Before founding Proquility, Andy spent over 37 years at Merrill Lynch, where he held various leadership positions, including Chairperson of the Advisory Council to Management (ACTM), advising the firm’s senior leadership on client strategy and experience. He also served as an industry arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) from 1994 to 2006. Mr. Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designations. He received his CIMA® certification through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A longtime Las Vegas resident, Andy has served as President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas Foundation and on the advisory committee for the Marty Hennessy Inspiring Children Foundation. He is also a member of the UNLV Planned Giving Advisors Council and the University of Arizona President’s Club. In his free time, Andy enjoys classic films, tennis, and cycling, and shares a passion for animal rescue with his wife, Terri. Together, they care for three rescued cats and enjoy spending time between Las Vegas and Naples, Florida. He is the proud father of three adult sons.
