About Andy Gallagher

I am an integrative psychotherapist and accredited member of Ireland's Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP). Since 2021, I have worked primarily in the corporate sector, currently as Clinical Team Lead for Workplace Options - one of the largest global providers of employee well-being services. As an EAP Counsellor, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse client demographic, as well as a wide variety of presenting issues. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship throughout my work, aiming to create a safe and non-judgemental space for the client to explore their presenting concerns. The modalities I draw upon most consistently include Person Centred Counselling, Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Outside of the therapy room, some of my great loves include music, the outdoors and middle-eastern food.
