About Andy Gaona

I focus my practice on litigation and election law, helping clients navigate complex commercial matters, election disputes and compliance, appeals, matters arising under Arizona’s Public Records Law, and matters involving state and local governments. I also maintain an active pro bono practice. My work has included litigating tort claims on behalf of a group of refugee farmers, successfully representing individuals appealing orders of removal, helping a high school athlete reinstate his eligibility to complete in interscholastic athletics, and serving as counsel appointed by the Arizona Court of Appeals to assist it in dealing with systemic problems caused by a prominent state agency’s misconduct.
