I am an experienced, innovative and creative Business Development Professional who has developed Commercial acumen at pace within the Third/Charitable Sectors.I have built rapport and trust with representatives from a wide range of backgrounds who invest significant human and financial resources in the services I am an advocate for, because of the high level of professional credibility and personal integrity I consistently offer. I am an effective networker and am able to perform at a high level in a multitude of different social and professional settings. I am understanding of the pressures of leadership in the public, third and private sectors and can work with empathy and collaboratively to ensure successful results for all relevant stakeholders. High quality leadership and strategy is about modelling outstanding behaviours and exceptional performance in others, by listening, acknowledging, understanding harnessing others ‘lived experience’, so people can be the best they possibly be in their future personal, educational or professional lives. I have the privilege of currently working on behalf of two incredible South Yorkshire based organisations, Riverlution and the Barnsley Food Bank Partnership where achieving Social Value through a combination of leveraging financial investment and harnessing strong partnerships with corporate, public and third sector organisations, is at the forefront of my work.On top of all that, I am delighted to have the opportunity to build on the incredible experience of working for an amazing Sports Development Charity in StreetGames, through a new business venture with Next Level Coaching and Sport Development. Myself and my business partners Caz and Mark, not only are looking forward to taking our Sport Development Community Interest Company to the Next Level, but pushing one another on in all we do as we look to make a difference through the power of Sport amongst those young people and communities we care deeply about.
