I have nearly 35 years of experience with working in the field of Bio-Medical Research in both Univerity labs and various Medical Institutions. I have gained experience in a variety of subject including Immunology and Molecular Biology, Gene Regulation and Epigenetics. I am currently working in the the field of Immunotherapy for Cancer. I have extensive Tissue Culture experience maintaining long term T cell lines and clones,pre-B cells, tumour line, antibody producing hybridomas. Ebryonic stem cells and Mesenchymal Stem Cells, I also have many years experience in Flow cytometry and working with Animals,( mice and ZebraFish. I have gained experience in a variety of Molecular Biology techniques including PCR, Cloning and in situ hybridization. I will be starting a new post at Orchard Therapeutics(at Guy's campus) from 4th may 2021.
