I have held employment at multiple shops in multiple states in the automotive trade since 2003 each one pushing me further. AAMCO Transmissions inspired me to become ASE Master Tech certified. This year not only did I re-certify as master tech, but added to and now hold a total of 13 certifications. January of 2021 I was approached and asked to manage the automotive department at a local co-op which I immediately accepted. In less than three years I have completely turned around the department bringing it into the 21st century, properly adjusting margins,and gaining respect from the board. I have also repaired damaged customer relations from previous wrongs and grudges.
