Catastrophic injury and wrongful death trial lawyer, focusing on child injury cases. Andy Goldner began his legal practice defending medical care providers and insurance companies. This experience allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of medical issues and, equally importantly, insight into how insurance companies and defense law firms operate. Andy then trained under some of the best and most experienced Plaintiff’s attorneys in the state of Georgia, routinely handling cases valued well in excess of one million dollars. Mr. Goldner has used this experience in his own law firm to maximize results for his clients.Andy has recovered millions of dollars for his clients within the last few years. In fact, Andy has been lead or co-lead counsel in more than 70 cases that have resulted in six or seven figure outcomes. He has enjoyed success in trying cases which required a jury trial and has also secured substantial recoveries for clients pre-suit and during mediations. Because of these results, Mr. Goldner has been consistently voted by other attorneys in Georgia as a ‘Superlawyer/Rising Star’ in the area of personal injury litigation. This is an honor bestowed upon only 5% of attorneys practicing in Georgia. Andy has taken on a number of leadership roles within the legal community in Georgia, most recently serving as President of the North Metro Trial Lawyers Association. Andy has also been active in the community, volunteering as a youth basketball coach, participating in events for patients at the Shepherd Spinal Center in Atlanta, and volunteering at MADD events in the Atlanta area.
