I help states, territories, municipalities and organizations build quality and equitable early intervention and early care and education (ECE) systems for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families, including: Strategic planning - with small teams and large stakeholder groups Facilitation - with a focus on effective meetings, where all participants get a voice and meeting goals are met. Design thinking - helping teams design / redesign services that are empathic to the experience of the user (families / providers) Professional development & presenting - engaging with participants around early childhood systems thinking Consulting - helping leadership teams address early childhood governance and systems design challenges My work includes projects with Public Consulting Group (PCG); the University of NC - Early Childhood Technical Assistance (ECTA) center; and do independent consulting on smaller projects.
