I’m the Senior IT Manager at Resonance, a social investment property fund manager. I lead IT strategy and security operations supporting a growing national team, aligning robust tech infrastructure with mission-driven outcomes. My background spans both technical implementation and user-focused support, from building and maintaining scalable systems to ensuring day-to-day technology works and is suitable for its role. Before Resonance, developed web and mobile applications for clients across industries and held positions in IT support roles. I’m driven by the idea that good technology, well executed, can enable and support real change, especially when paired with the right purpose. At Resonance, I get to put that belief into action. BSc (Hons) from the University of Winchester. Achieved a First for dissertation on smartphone hardware evolution and its impact on third-party app development.
