About Andy Gray
perhaps a little older than your average Personal Trainer…. but with age comes experience and life skills. In fundraising for many charities, Wisdom Hospice in particular, I have completed events ranging from 5k to ultra-marathons, multiple Tough Mudders and many other Mud/Obstacle events. Cycling is also a passion, again with many events under the belt such as London to Paris, Tour de France stages and not least the 4 compass points of Britain (Google Andy Gray Cycling)! Oh and not forgetting a little cross country run from Lands End to John O’Groats …. All things are possible with the right mindset. Drawing on these inspirational experiences, now as a personal trainer my key aim is to help motivate and challenge people with an individual approach to meet their goals and assist with lifestyle changes that will provide short and long term health benefits.
