About Andy Greaves
After leaving university with a degree in economics and politics, I gained my financial planning qualifications (FPC) but knew I was destined for another career path and at 24 years of age, got the opportunity to open a brand new warehouse for Lidl. I was involved in recruiting a team to train at an existing site in Bridgend Wales, then take the team back to Enfield where the warehouse was being built and get it up and running. I have since been involved in a trouble shooter capacity for some very large companies responsible for the improvement in their processes, efficiencies, budgetary controls and operations. My current role involves me managing 12 BRC, AA grade accredited warehouses in essex, whereby I have introduced new processes, built a new management team, educated the team on several 5 S projects, and remapped each warehouse with a brand new WMS.
