My career sucess has come from building great relationships and leading teams within the Aviation and Automotive industry. I have accumulated wide-ranging experience of Aviation and Automotive processes, Program Management, Engineering, Design Cost Optimisation and Purchasing. I have shown that I can deliver fast paced and complex projects to support business needs and customer demands. I have been able to inspire trust and openness when supporting and nurturing my teams across multicultural and international boundaries. This coupled with my thorough technical background has enabled me to understand and resolve complex issues and to move forward by applying lessons learnt. I have acute business and organisational awareness and I understand how to target and generate efficiencies. I have taken the lead on disaster recovery and Covid mitigation when it was required.
