About Andy Hares

Andy has 20+ years of broad international experience in the mining, tunnelling, utility relocation and rail industries in Canada, the U.S, South America and Europe. He possesses broad knowledge of many forms of construction for varied uses and extensive experience in the project management and contract administration of heavy civil infrastructure projects in urban environments. Andrew is skilled in managing projects, developing digital execution strategies, implementing information management practices, and the planning and coordination of multidisciplinary design. As a veteran of digital delivery and a corporate sponsor of Hatch’s Digital Transformation program, Andy is intimately involved in the development of Hatch’s Common Data Environment and driving the adoption of digital technology and information management into every aspect of capital project delivery and operations.
