Andy learnt his trade in South Otago where he developed from an apprentice through to Site Management. In his career Andy has distinguished himself as a Fast Track construction specialist on Commercial projects. Andy has an esteemed career across the South Island including accommodation buildings, civic projects, and infrastructure. Andy has been a vital member of many of Christchurch’s most notable buildings. Andy is an energetic, organized, man of his word. His passion for the Construction Industry is clearly evident in his work ethic and he always produces work of the highest quality in the time he is givenCAPABILITY AND EXPERTISE When it comes to erecting structures, Andy is Southbase’s first choice Site Manager as he has a proven track record in delivering high quality, complex structures in fast track programmes. These skills will be vital to the construction of the Lincoln Hub project to ensure momentum is achieved.Strong experience on major construction projects: Andy’s substantial experience in the construction industry has allowed him to gain exceptional knowledge, which he uses on an everyday basis to find effective solutions in order to overcome site challenges. Andy prides himself on a high personal standard which is reflected in the relationships he builds and the work he produces. Andy’s speed & exceptional methodology & planning in the structural phase are matched by his fine eye for detail in the finishing trades where incredible results have been delivered such as the Bus Interchange defect free on handover.
