I oversee and coordinate with the supervisor on shipping all orders within their designated deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards. I also assist other departments with daily operations, making sure that all stores and contractors have the equipment needed for daily installs. I answer most shipping questions and provide guidance to my Outbound team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Additionally, I leverage my data visualization and Python skills to create and maintain dashboards that track and optimize inventory, performance, and costs.
