About Andy Howard

A 18+ year veteran in the global sports industry, I have a track record in driving growth, transformation, and innovation across product go-to-market, retail, and supply chain operations.I thrive on tackling complex challenges and bridging gaps within and between teams. Whether it's developing and refining strategy through financial modeling, conducting consumer, industry, or marketplace research, consolidating requirements and prioritizing investments, aligning and implementing operating models, or defining and activating performance metrics, I excel when working closely with subject matter experts to solve their toughest problems and eliminate roadblocks. At my core, I am a coach, dedicated to developing and empowering diverse talent. My philosophy is simple: it's my job to create the space, provide the tools, and offer the support my team needs to excel.Outside of work I am an adventurer. Whether hiking and camping with our canine sidekick and 75 pound torpedo of love Huxley and our adorable super mutt Dora, snowboarding with my partner, charging dawn patrol, or discovering new cultures, I live for pushing my comfort zone and discovering new things about myself and this world which we inhabit.
