About Andy Jack

With over 15 years of leadership experience, I am passionate people leader who cares about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships. In my last role as Head of Customer Experience, I led operations, local supply contracting, data analytics, and systems leadership teams; supporting the customer journey from onboarding to product, solutions, and service delivery. Throughout my career, I have been involved in bringing new brands to New Zealand, integrating business processes and systems, and transforming customer engagement strategies. I have progressed through various roles, including account management, general management, and product management, across multiple brands. Now I have taken this experience to my new role as Senior Manager Enterprise Simplification at Westpac. I enjoy working with amazing people across different disciplines and business units, collaborating to achieve goals that deliver for our people and customers.
