I am a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and the owner of Jansons Property, a partnership of the tenacious and innovative approach of Andy Jansons with the financial might of the William Pears Group. Since 2003, I have sourced, acquired, developed, and exited over 40 projects across multiple sectors, including hotels, student housing, logistics, retail, housing, land, investment property, and education, with a total gross development value of £500 million.In addition to my direct development and investment activities, I am also the founder and chair of Alexander Jansons Myocarditis UK, a charity that has raised over £1 million to date for research, support, and awareness of myocarditis in the UK. I am passionate about mixing business and pleasure with corporate and charity sporting and networking events, as well as being an angel investor in cosmetics, media, and tech sectors. I have over four decades of experience in the commercial property industry, incorporating thirty years as a business owner and principal, and a bachelor's degree in urban estate management from The Nottingham Trent University.
