Perform and schedule bid walks, pre construction meeting, and site inspections (foundations, conduit runs, grounding, shelter sets, on site during tower erection to verify pre and post install of steel, pre and post punch walks). Assit in acquiring City & County Jurisdictional permits (BP, EP, ETC) Perform and complete pre and post TCN notifications. Perform site walks-New collocations as well as New Build projects with A&E and site acquisition firms. Work with Utility service providers for fiber back haul approvals and demark location on new and collocation projects. Perform CD review and suggest improvement and changes. Perform Fiber/Telco walks and schedule installation time lines with the providers. Assit in scheduling equipment delivery and equipment installation schedules. To include the L&A equipment and materials. Knowledgeable of Hybrid lines and OVP installation with AWS and LTE. Review and Provide Closeouts once project is complete per the customers requirements.
