I am an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Agile Leader 1 (CAL-1) with 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner and 35+ years in the software industry. In addition to being a product owner, I have experience as a quality assurance engineer (12 years), software developer (10 years), engineering manager (4 years), and technical support engineer (2 years).I’ve contributed to the successful delivery of numerous software projects as an individual contributor, team leader, and engineering manager. I have experience in all phases of the Software Product Life Cycle, giving me the ability to see beyond my current role and see the bigger picture in any software development effort.I’ve served in various roles during my career in the software industry: Product Owner, Scrum Master, QA Engineer, Team Lead (QA and Dev), Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Software Developer.I became an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner in 2025, have been a Certified Scrum Master since 2012, and have been working with Agile Methodologies for 15+ years. I also have past experience with iterative, waterfall, and sustaining development methodologies.I've been involved in many customer facing activities such as requirements gathering, joint development efforts, beta programs, early adopter programs, and product support. I have also helped initiate and execute quality and process improvement efforts at the team and organization levels.I've worked on software for several different industries including healthcare, security, automotive, education, e-commerce, insurance, retail, and finance.
