I am a highly skilled Events Manager with a strong Retail and Customer Service background, developed over 15 years’ worth of experience in world class blue chip organisations.I am flexible, driven, possess excellent planning skills and have a strong problem-solving ethos. I am capable of working as part of a team, often under quite strict deadlines and a relentless tempo of work. By extension, a willingness to embrace change and new opportunities has been invaluable. I specialise in delivering outstanding customer service, as well as building and managing strong relationships both inside and outside of an organisation. I can work within very tight deadline and budgetary constraints as well as to deliver a diverse range of projects within the boundaries of any compliance requirements. I have also developed my Risk Management skills and knowledge within the context of the commercial requirements of the business.
