The Amsterdam at Harborside Continuing Care Retirement Community – Ground-up Development: Andrew served as the developer for the first CCRC in Nassau County, Long Island, NY. This square foot building was financed through a $330 million bond offering and completed in 2011. Homestead at Hamilton – Ground-up Development: Andrew acted as the Director of Development for this project, which encompassed a square foot facility offering independent, assisted, and memory care units in Hamilton, NJ. Hanover Partners, L.P. – CMBS Financing: As the Managing Member of his firm, Andrew spearheaded the acquisition, restructuring, and financing of over 80 multi-family loans totaling more than $200 million. His firm acted as the Special Servicer for the loan pool during the investment's lifespan. Reitrac - Information Innovation: Andrew, as the Managing Member, played a pivotal role in creating the first database to provide real-time property level performance data for publicly traded real estate companies. After the initial launch it was acquired by Teleres, 5. Greenstreet Wooster Opportunity Fund – Equity Fund: Andrew, as the Managing Member, established a $150 million value-add real estate opportunity fund. The fund successfully invested in various multi-family assets and the acquisition of land for the CCRC in Long Island, NY. Reclaiming Kindness and Civility - Societal Contribution: Andrew co-founded a non-profit platform that promotes and empowers kindness and civility in all aspects of social behavior, both personal and professional.
