As Territory Account Manager my role is to provide the top 200 customers in Minnesota a single point of contact for their Hazardous and Non-Hazardous managed waste disposal as well as all their environmental compliance related needs. My commitment begins and ends with a customer centric focus; I am available to assist the customers in my care in meeting any environmental / compliance goals and objectives they haveAccountabilities:• work with top 200 accounts serviced by the Safety-Kleen Blaine & Cloquet Minnesota Branches. • develop and maintain relationships with key personnel to include, Operations Managers, EHS Managers, Engineers, Procurement / Buyers, Facility Maintenance, Human Resources and Technical personnel.• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual budgets by ensuring continuity in established locations with measured growth based on customers needs and value based solutions. • Track thru, update and maintain Microsoft CRM to provide timely follow thru and execution of commitments• provide technical classification; develop profiles of federal and state regulated hazardous and non-hazardous waste.• Consultative support as it pertains to regulatory compliance; including manifest file maintenance, compliance training classes, waste generator status maintenance and reduction.• Contract development, review and negotiation.
