Over 40 years retail / wholesale experience to date. 10 years in store up to Supermarket Store Manager level. 10 years as a business Account Manager, Retail Account Development Manager within a food wholesale business and Mitie the outsourcing services company as Regional Operations Manager clients were Tesco and Amazon. 21 years at Area / Regional Manager level within : Convenience Stores & Supermarkets Greeting Cards & Gift stores Pharmacy / Health & Beauty stores General Merchandise Stores, Homeware / DIY / Garden Centres product groups / ranges. I have achieved profit and loss targets over a 21 years period up to 2013 at multi site level responsible for groups of stores in South East England / South West England and the Midlands region for national companies. I have also been involved in training new Area Managers into the business on initial induction with Birthdays Ltd and Martin McColls convenience store group on retail store footprint and back office / IT and other company procedures and administration systems. Specialties: Supermarket Store level experience within the Co Op,Iceland, Somerfield Food Stores and Budgens Ltd up to 1991. Experienced 21 years multi site manager from 1991 to 2012 achieved all KPI & P&L measures within food & non food across retail & wholesale disciplines I have managed a District Field Management team.
