I am part of a multi-disciplinary team of RICS Chartered Building Surveyors and Architects, offering the following professional services- Party wall matters - Schedule of condition - Dilapidations claims - Principal designer - Contract administrator - Project management - Specification/tendering - RIBA plan of work stages 0-7 Architectural services - Building pathology - Stock condition surveys/PPMs - Pre-acquisition surveys - Reinstatement cost assessments - License to alter I specialise in professional surveying services relating to repairing, maintaining and enhancing our clients’ extensive portfolio of properties. This can range from defect diagnosis, up to project managing/contract administrating refurbishment building contracts up to £2.5 million. I predominantly work with large London property investors such as, but not limited to- Shaftesbury Capital - Workspace Group - GMS Estates Ltd - Ilchester Estates - TCN (UK) Ltd - Portman Estates - Grosvenor - Ashby Capital - The Estate Office Along with property managers- CBRE - MAPPS - Tandem - Ashdown Philips We have also been commissioned by LSE, multiple private clients and registered with several framework agreements. During my time to date at F&T I have successfully completed multiple flat refurbishment projects, shell and core, Cat A & Cat A+ office fit outs, common parts and full external refurbishments including listed buildings. In any scenario whether large or small, once a project is complete I find it a rewarding feeling to remember how it started. Nothing beats the satisfaction of a job well done. From providing expert, professional advice to successfully completing a project. I take enormous pride in building strong relationships with every client I work with, whether large or small. Importantly, I enjoy being challenged and delivering solutions. I work with a talented and expanding team of like-minded, highly experienced professionals working closely together to exceed expectations at every level. Beyond my surveying services I deal with and thoroughly enjoy managing F & Ts social media, marketing, networking and business development. I am also responsible for organising our staff events and client entertaining.
