I work at the intersection of engineering, product, and process, improving how teams collaborate, plan, and deliver high-quality software. Much of my work centers on removing blockers, whether that's outdated processes, team misalignment, or unclear priorities. I believe in leading through influence rather than authority, helping teams adopt better ways of working without enforcing process for its own sake. My background includes engineering management, Agile transformation, and scaling delivery in remote and distributed environments. I’m always looking to work with teams that prioritize pragmatic Agile, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement over rigid frameworks or top-down control.
