I have worked in, improved, and created environments and communities where people work together to understand and reach common goals, as a senior account manager, relationship builder, unit leader, mentor and coach. With a preference to work in a progressive environment where positive culture and stakeholder engagement are integral to the working environment, I believe people are the critical component in delivering the ultimate experience, whoever is deemed to be ‘the customer’. I believe my strength to be in inspiring people to work towards common and individual goals and motivating themselves to achieve, helping create a positive environment with a can do attitude. I have a natural ability to engage and lead people with clear and honest messaging through a coaching style. My experiences across multiple industries including retail, logistics, engineering and education, within various arenas including customer service, sales, business retention, team building, operations, account management, strategic site leadership and currently educational coaching have helped me build a resilient and diversified work ethic. I have a strong relationship building approach to all roles believing collaboration and community are critical to create positive environments. Having worked with senior stakeholders at blue chip companies in high pressure and time critical industries, I am able transfer my specialist skill-set to all industries, education, service or manufacturing. I am a pro-active motivating person, energetic and compassionate with a consultative approach, always looking to deliver the best service through communicating to all stakeholders clearly and timely. I am passionate about helping people realise their potential and create a better life. Values of humour, honesty, making a difference, motivating, inspiring, connection, responsibility and a no blame culture are important to me.
