Andy is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and Operations practices. His client work is focused on helping industrial goods players build and operationalize digital and AI capabilities that unlock exponential and lasting impact. Andy has worked with senior executives in industries such as processing machinery and HVAC equipment, and with several large agribusiness players, to develop digital strategies that will transform service and parts operations and commercialize innovative digital/AI offerings. He is also part of BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit, and leads BCG’s global AI moonshots in manufacturing and field service topics. Recently, he has been concentrating on large scale transformations in manufacturing and maintenance/field service operations. Prior to joining BCG, Andy held roles at ConAgra Foods, Reebok, and other global manufacturers, where he focused on operational innovation and performance. improvement.
