Ability to learn – I am a fast learner and willing to learn new things and able to get the answer for the questions either speaking up or look for references. • Leadership – Always set a good example to the team by having positive communication approach and open to discussion among team members and customers. Also lead the team to ensure the team achieves 100% SLA and ensure minimize the chance of making error. Ready to step in to provide solution when the team facing the request / code limitation. Guide and knowledge sharing with the team member on how to solve the problem. So in future they can work independence. • Communication – I am a friendly person and my job involves contacting the resources to solve the issues which improved my communication skills, patient and analytical skills. Beside I always listen to the feedback of the issues from the team needs/ concern and discussed with the party involve to ensure the team work in harmony environment. • Energetic – I am very active, humors and friendly with the colleagues and make the working environment more active such as participate in any organizations held and volunteer to be committee of any society. • Work under pressure – I am able to work under pressure and know how to control my emotions and behaviors. • Dynamic team player – I am a very self discipline and have a high sense of responsibility on the task assigned to me. As I believed this will improve/increase departmental efficiency through team work. Multitasking on different functioning role in global and also involve in several activities (cross team community service, teambuilding, long service award and etc) as a committee/lead.
